Arrow Logging in after upgrade

I just upgraded from 4.8 to the latest 5.0.3 version of PhotoPost. We are running an integration with vB3.

When trying to login after the upgrade, it tells me that the login was successful, and returns back to the main gallery page. However, it doesn't really log in -- I'm back to having click login again, and it follows the same vicious cycle. What can be done to fix this erroneous behavior?

Same thing here...

Hi,

I didn't upgrade, but I was changing my stylesheets tonight and after a while it wouldn't login me in anymore too! I'm in the same cycle as the previous user. I have cleared cache, cookies and everything. I have no integration into any forum and just purchased PP less than a week ago.

I was working in Mozilla, but I tried in IE and I was able to capture this error page before it redirects back to the index page.

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at

/html/gallery/templates/thumbnail-photo.tmpl:21) in /html/gallery/forums/photopost.php on line 157

I hope this is an easy fix, I just spent too many hours updating and tweaking all my settings. I really don't want to reinstall.

EDIT

From reading the other posts, seems like the php upgrade issues are back?

Thanks,
Garrett

Yep helps to have the proper cookie settings in there Everyone forgets about the cookie prefix

Where you changing stylesheets or templates? The reason you can not login it looks like is you left extra white space or characters after the closing tag. This will cause the cookie not to be written

First see if you have any space after the closing ?> in photopost.php and next check the thumbnail-photo.tmpl file also.

Great!

Now I feel like I jumped a gun a bit and saw the other posts thinking it was a major issue. What a coincidence. Yes, I was updating stylesheets and trying to tweak templates as carefully as possible. I was doing this all online.

So, the only way I can edit templates now is to do them offline and re-upload them correct? The majority of changes I made were from changing the styles in the templates from "medium" to "small." The only additional code I added was a break on the registration agreement template where I put a break <br> </br> after the Accept/Deny buttons.

Can I just take the originals and overwrite the ones I updated or will this create more headache? What is the easiest approach?

Thanks,
Garrett

I figured it out. It was the thumbnail photo template. Don't know what I did, but I was trying to change the photo to have a different template background than white.
