Why Photopost cannot process a supported format?

tell me please with what the similar mistake can be connected

Unable to create image [/****/public_html/uploads/288/468.JPG].
Please contact system administrator.

Why the gallery cannot process a supported format?

I would delete that image from that uploads directory (/uploads/288/) and try again, if it failed again try saving the file again in another format or is poss run through photoshops (save for the web)
