Database Backup Error

Recieve the error shown below when attempting to backup the database. A simular error message is generated for each database table item. All error messages list line 166. A check of the files shows the file names but with file size listed as zero.

Warning: pp_admingroups.sql is 0 bytes or did not get created.

Hi..

Make sure you have setup your 'path to backup' correctly i.e /home/myaccountname/public_html/backups

also you must set the path correctly to your 'mysqldump' i.e /usr/bin/mysqldump (ask your host) - also set the backup dir permission to 777

As stated in your support email your mysql is on an external box you will not be able to use the backup utility
