data dir on separate server?
 

I'd like to have the data directory of photopost on another server with a 20mbit connection.

The "Data directory virtual path" setting isn't a problem becuase it's a URL, but "Full path to PhotoPost data directory" is in the form "/home/user/www/data/" which is pointless when referring to another server.

Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Basically it is impossible to do since the data path must exist on the same server.

There would be no easy way to do something like this.
