If your using GD try finding out if you have imagemagick installed and switch to that?
Has your host upgraded anything lately?
I can upload rather large files to your install fine http://www.justinternationals.org/ga...cat=500&page=1
so I am at a loss for suggestions to give you. If you cant give me one of there files to try I dont know what to do.

If it werer one picture or one person I'd try to track down a picture. But as of now many members are just posting to webshots or? because it works and they say is faster. I have not had a problem but to date approx 15 other people have?

Hi chuck, I e-mailed you two of the offending photos.
The member tried again with the same results. I tried and the picture was again cut in half? http://www.justinternationals.org/ga.../1100_2821.JPG
These pictures are big at 2032 pixels wide. They are also run through Kodak easy share.
Hope that helps!

Still haveing problems with half a picture! I've tried all that you have offered. as you said remove jpegtran. Now I get a ERROR.
So once again PhotoPost dosent work at all and I have to figure out how to undo what you've asked! I Don't have time to troubleshoot your product anymore.
Problem running JPEGTRAN:
"/home/justinternationals/imagemagick/bin" -copy none /home2/www/justinternationals/gallery/data/500/1100_2819.JPG
Error Code: 126
Please fix what ever is wrong. I did not have time to get into beta teating a product. I paid you to install it. It has never worked properly. I have also followed all your suggestions to fix your product and installation. I have even involved our members in trouble shooting this situation. We have found pictures and can duplacate this error.
Now will you and your company please become involved in fixing this situation? And I don't mean by guessing my server needs updating! My server says your product needs updating!
Here are more examples of half pictures. http://www.justinternationals.org/ga...medium&cat=500 |

Here is what I see. Your Photopost was installed by us in January. It worked fine for a couple months and now you say you have problems uploading pictures which suggests something changed.
When we suggest you remove jpegtran to test something it means remove completely. Your error above is you just removed the jpegtran off the end of the jpegtran command which still tells the program jpegtran still is there so lets run it
. The whole jpegtrran line just be removed in the global options
So either remove that whole line or place jpegtran back on that line. I will try uploading about 10 more pictures and they surely will upload fine so the issue remains whats special about these certain pics that have this issue.

Always have had problems with some pictures being cut in half!
Have always reported those problems.
Even found one of the pictures, sent it to you, found the software used.
If it were one person, I'd say they had a problem, but we have seven people at last count with the problem.

All I can go by is what you report and tell us.
Your software was installed 3 months ago. You first posted on this forum about 3 weeks ago.
I do not beleive the issue is with the our specific software. I can upload to your gallery fine here http://www.justinternationals.org/ga...00&ppuser=2123
I beleive the issue is with what is special about these pictures that may be failing the image processor. If you switch to GD2 from ImageMagick does this happen. These are the types of things to test. The image I beleive you sent me was half an image

First reports were e-mail.
Just tried GD1 gd2 and imagemagic without jpegtran still the same. Half a picture.
I will e-mail you again one of the pictures in full that gets cut in half when uploded. It is to big to attach here.
