5.02 - users can't upload/upload link gone?

hy,

after clearing my unpationed behaviour during the upgrade procedure the gallery is up and running now.

but i have a strange right/rules behaviour:

users can't upload pictures because the link "upload photos" is not apearing for there login.
it's only there for administrators.

i use the pp with vb3 integration 'on'.
i've checked the settings in admincp and refreshed the usergroups allready.

anyone has an idea on this?

Login as Admin and then in edit usergroups set the permissions for usergroups that you want.

i did that allready....
