Single user upload problem

I have 3 or 4 users (out of over 100) that are unable to upload to my site.

They choose the upload option, browse for the image and select upload submit. Then the next screen "flashes" but says the images are not there. The screen they do not get is the one to put in other info about the photo, etc - and in the end, the photo does not load.

Using Photopost 4.8.2

Need more info

Is all they get is the bulkupload script with just a header?

You can edit bulkupload.php and at the top of the screen at this after the other ini_set

ini_set("memory_limit", "24M");

upload error

I have looked at the bulkupload.php file - and there is no ini_set in that file.

Basically - the program acts like it is uploading (they do get 5 spaces to select files to upload) - but they don't get the next screen

Your error is exactly as stated they get the next page of bulkupload just a header

Your using an older version of the program so just place both of those ini_set commands right under or above the

require "pp-inc.php";
