error when uploading pics

I have just installed my photopost and now I am trying to upload pics. I am receiving this error when uploading pics...

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 127

Command:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You path to morify isn't set - check your Admin Options in the Global Options and set it to the proper path.
