Uploading Problem

Hi guys....been having a problem with the uploading part of photopost. Omegatron has been helping....but we still cant sort this problem out.

The whole thing is starting to drive me mad. It all seems to hinge on the upload script failing half way.

My sites here

Seems the errors being reported every time are.....

Use of undefined constant THIS_SCRIPT - assumed 'THIS_SCRIPT' in /web/sites/client/istokes/globalclubland/www/photopost/uploadphoto.php on line 15, referer:

http://www.globalclubland.net/photopost/uploadphoto.php Mar 8 18:18:00 mirkwood apache2[7319]: [error] [client 82.133.7.219] File does not exist: /web/sites/client/istokes/globalclubland/www/photopost/clientscript, referer: http://www.globalclubland.net/photopost/uploadphoto.php

Any help would be so thankfully recieved

That error is imaterial

as it would not cause your error just means your php reporting is set to high and should be turned down

You error is your php memory is exhausted and you can modify your bulkupload.php file as such like this

in bulkupload.php find this

ini_set("max_execution_time", 0);

underneath add this

ini_set("memory_limit", "24M");

that should allow you to upload. If your php reporting is set to high and they will not turn it down although I get no errors when trying to upload on your install other than the script bombing out you can add quotes around THIS SCRIPT in uploadphoto.php

define( THIS_SCRIPT, "uploadphoto" );

WOULD BE

define( 'THIS_SCRIPT', "uploadphoto" );

WHAT ARE THE FOLDER PERMISSIONS FOR ALL UPLOADS AND DATA FOLDERS?

Are there files in the uploads folders?

The pic's uploaded are put into folders named with the userid number. The permissions for the uploads and sub folders are 777.

well lets see memory limit is not defined in php so have your host add it. Kinda hard to override a variable thats not set

Lets take it one step at a time and see as that php config is a bit strange than the norm

Try emulating some of the key things here register globals on etc
