Successful install, but cannot login as Admin?
 

I have completed the install several times now, for some reason after I complete the last step and I click on the Submit button to login into My Photo Gallery, it just goes to a HTTP 404 Not Found

Why is it not letting me login as the administrator so that I can go to My Photo Gallery?

what is that path its not correct. You have php set as a cgi and on install you did not specify the proper path to the install most likely you let php interpret your install and did not correct it. when php is installed as cgi it does place everything like this and you need to correct with the right path
