Question Can't Log-In To AdminCP

This is probably a cookie issue but i'm not sure which file I need to modify if it is.

I go to the image gallery and i'm logged in as normal and it lets me log out. However, when I click on Admin, it asks for my username and password again and then just sends me back to the gallery index.

Any suggestions?

sorry, it's this site: www.meeting4fun.com/forum/gallery and it's version 5 (The latest one)

Which file needs to be edited in photopost then? My cookie settings in vbulletin are set to default also.

I probably need to update the licence information too for my photopost product as I used to use it on Burnley Web

That may be it. Most likely your vblicense number is from the other vb forum.

Just double check all cookie settings and the vb license number as thats used in writing the password cookie and if thats not write no integrated login.

Nope, everything is correct. Which file has the cookie settings in? I've checked the vbulletin section of photopost and the cookie is set to bb

I'd like to know what file the cookies are in as well.

I'm getting a strange issue where I try and log into the Photopost/adm-index.php and it will take me to Photopost/misc.php and a blank screen. Nothing else.

many threads exist on this subject.

The vblicense number is at the top of the vb config file as well as the cookie prefix is within that file also.

I would suggest you run install again and make sure the license number is correct in the config and on the next to last step of install make sure you enter the correct cookie prefix which is normally bb

You would then be able to get into the admin control panel. Those two variables are so important in vb3 cause the password cookie is an encrypted string made up of the user password, salt, vblicense number and cookie prefix so those must be correct for proper authentication.
