Big Trouble, first Install Post

Hi there, ive got Photopost since today, at step 4, i´ll get an error message like this, whats this ?! I don´t know, what to do, some tricks and cheats ?

Hi..

Please check that your photopost/data directory permissions are set to 777
please also check your 'config-inc.php' file again for the "// Path to your PhotoPost installation - no end slashes" - make sure this is correct

You need to set the language to german not deutsch.

I know deutsch means german but the language file is named in english thus german.php not deutsch.php
