PP5 Photopost5 Folder?

Why is there an empty "photopost5" folder in the latest PP5 zip file? Does it server any purpose?

Thats weird that I don't have that folder in my zip files.
I downloaded the new PP5 zip and extracted to a folder on my desktop. I am curious now if I should wait before doing the upgrade.
