Path Issue PP version 4.86 and VB3 3.0.7

Warning: main(./languages/english/pp-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in inetpub\wwwroot\photo\pp-inc.php on line 69

Error when the page loaded with vb3 integration turned on, everything works fine with it turned off.

Path for vb3 integration c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\forums
Path for pp c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\photo

Now I have tried them several different ways including with the drive letter removed. I get the same error everytime.

PP version 4.86
VB3 version 3.0.7

Though there is a path in the admin console there is no path in the config-inc.php file.

As added information this is an upgrade from 4.7 to the latest version. Using the upgrade directions.

?

There is in your admin config section a Path entered but the config-inc.php

$PP_PATH is empty?

Edit the config-inc.php file and make the path this

$PP_PATH="c:/Inetpub/wwwroot/photo";

Ok I looked in the new file since I did not move it from the zip file per the instructions and added the missing lines. That one is solved, however I now have another issue. The Link is http://www.silverblades.net/photo/showmembers.php? however if you select a member album. I will do a search and see if I can find anything.
