Large file upload tips on windows? anyone have any tips?

I am close to droping the script I use for movies, and just going with photopost for both movies and pics. I am having issues with 8+mb file uploads, which will make it hard for users to upload movies. with a basic file upload php script I can upload more than 10mb. I am using windows 2k3 w/ iis6, php is running as fast_cgi, and all the php.ini files have been updated, time out is 1200 sec, upload limit is 100mb memory was even bumped up. I look in the windows temp dir, and the full file was upload, but the browser just sits there. do you guys have any ideas / anything I should look out for? thanks

Dan

Can you link or PM me a link to your phpinfo so I can see if there is anything I can suggest.

Is your post max size larger than 8M as well?
