the cookie prefix is bb not BB
See if the forums and gallery are
www.techsupportforum.com or techsupportforum.com as those are two different domains. although .techsupportforum.com on both should work well
Make sure to clear cookies and relogin in when making cookie changes
Also you make no meantion if you set your
VB license number in the config. Note I said license number not customer number. This is needed as the license number is encoded into the password cookie for authentication and needs to be exact.
