Incomplete Installation zip?

Just downloaded the latest version, (PhotoPost PHP Pro, v4.86 - 1/3/05 7:03 PM Build) and was getting ready to tackle a fresh install, but the docs are rather confusing.

From Section3 of the Installation Manual

Quote:
The zip file contains several .php and .sql files as well as three main directories called "images", "uploads", "help", "languages", "stylesheets" and "data".
Ok, so there are 3 main directories with 6 directory names??

Say what?

The zip actually contains the following EIGHT directories:

documentation
forums
help
images
languages
stylesheets
templates
uploads

See the problem? There's no "data" directory.

Are the docs and zip current?

There is most certainly all the directories in the distribution that it says are there and you need to set permissions accordingly to the install docs.

Unzip the file

Upload all the files

Chmod the directories and files the install doc specifically states to

run install.php

Well I dont know how I can be any more clear on this.

I have downloaded the zip - multiple times.
I have extracted all files to preserve directory structure - multiple times.
There is no data directory in the zip. Maybe a cache issue?

I just downloaded it and there is a data directory definately when I unzip the product. Try another browser possibly

Create a directory named data with subdirectories under it of 1 2 and 500

I downloaded the zip from work, and all is well, so it's definitely a cache issue on my home browser.
