Hi Giz..

I'd say you may have a cookie issue using your subdomain (bbs.rsownersclub.co.uk)
Now when you setup your installation of photopost you would have the setting : 'photopost cookie domain' make sure it's the same as your vbulletin cookie domain, i.e "rsownersclub.co.uk" (not 3 dots...but 2) :)

Check your vbulletin cookie settings then match them in the photopost cookie settings, you may have to go via phpmyadmin to alter those photopost settings - also check that your vbulletin usergroup id for your account (default = 6 - administrator) is setup the same in the 'usergroups' field in the photopost table.

I have the exact same problem.

Anyone care to help a phpmyadmin nOOb with what/how to do the above?

What records do I look in to find that cookie information?

You have to correct the cookie prefix in photopost to be exactly the same as the vbulletin settings.
To do so, just check your_vb3_directory/includes/config.php, line 94 and verify that you have exactly the same prefix.
If you need to correct the cookies prefix parameter in Photopost after beeing installed to match the Vbulletin settings, you will need to connect to your database (ie phpmyadmin), find the table pp_settings table and close to the last records, you will find the parameter that fix the cookies setting in Photopost.

Everything will then work !

Yep number one error is users not putting in the cookie prefix on install

Second is with the cookie domain on subdomain installs
