Problem with watermark
 

Trying to scan the db and apply the watermark. I'm getting this error:

I'm running 4.86 on Windows IIS.

what are the permissions of the data/520 directory. Is that photo okay?

I don't think it has permission any different than the rest. What should the permission be?

The photo is fine.

Perhaps the 'read only' attribute is set on that file in windows

The data directories as well any subdirectories must be 777 or in windows terms break into me ;) read write execute
