need some help please

Hi,

I just purchased PhotoPost and I'm attempting to get it up and running. I have it installed but have 2 problems...

1. How do I get my header to show up. I changed the header and footer htm files, but they are not showing up on my gallery.

2. I can't upload pictures. I am getting these warnings:

My gallery is at www.digitalscrapping.com/gallery

I would really appreciate a little help I have looked over everything I can find, but can't these things figured out.

Okay your header and footer need to be server path not urls

Your uploads and data directories as well as any subdirectories need to be 777

That should fix ya up
