It works now. And the back-up screen also shows now the path to mysqldump in the upgraded version excatly like in the non-upgraded version!

I checked also the backup foöder and it shows the files and all files have more then 0 KB

What did you change in this admin-backup file you posted a few minutes ago?

I was having problems with backups as well.

replaced the entire code and now works fine.
