How to add new borde for my thumbails in recent photos ?

i have change the borders for my thumbails in forum index via int_features.php : see in : http://www.aroclubindonesia.com/forums/index.php

then i want to my gallery page in recent photo same as above :
see in my gallery :

so tell me what files must be edit for changing the border like thumbails in my forum one. i don't want to use that standard borders. thanks
