There is an option on uploadphoto.php that is a check mark
"Skip upload and process the files in your upload directory"
What exatcly is does?
I think it will bypass the 'rezise' option on my server, but not sure. So if it's the case, how can I remove that option, since I want ALL images to be rezided to the MAX allowed on my server?

No this option will process images in the users upload directory just like it states

so it you upload 50 images into your uploads directory you can hit that button and process them
