How to create a fresh install with old data?

I have data on my 4.86PP.
If I want to create a "fresh Install" on my server what do I have to do to preserve all my users and photos?
By Fresh Install I mean: deleting ALL tables from my mysql database and deleting all files form my /photopost/*.* folder.

There is any way to re-install photopost and then "import" my users and their photos?

Thank you

if you have a mysql backup you can import the inserts from the necessary tables

You would backup the database in like phpmyadmin and then restore the inserts to the appropriate tables you want to restore data from as in example

users
photos
