Error During Picture Uploads
 

I've now completed the install process and am uploading pictures.


if I try to upload a single picture logged in as the Admin then I get
the following Error :

Warning: move_uploaded_file(EDITED OUT PATH INFO): failed to open stream: Permission denied in (EDITED OUT PATH INFO)/image-inc.php on line 34

Unable to move file [/tmp/phpXi72C2] (EDITED OUT PATH INFO):

I'm not able to upload the file.

HOWEVER ---

If I log out as the admin and log back in as a standard user
under a different registration account, I'm able to upload & post
photos with ~NO~ problems.

Any Ideas? Maybe another permission problem?
