Question PP on a subdomain

To do some testing, I have installed PP on a subdomain. It uses gd1, vb2 integration and basically everything works. Only issue I am running into is e.g.:

Error creating directory
http://subdomain.mydomain.net/pics/data/9. Check permissions of your data directory.

Same thing when I try to upload something after manually creating the directory. The permissions are set correctly though, 777 for data and uploads, 755 for the others and 644 for the php files. Am I missing anything? Is there something needed I don't have available on the subdomain? Any other type of permission? The user for the subdomain is more or less 'root' for his own subdomain. Php is supported or it wouldn't have come this far.

Any ideas?

thanks

Is the path to your data directory a path or a url where is asks for the server path to it?

Chuck, you're SMRT!

I switched the 'Data directory virtual path' and 'Full path to PhotoPost data directory' content. Stupid stupid stupid. The wording is kind of confusing though, since the other paths are being referred to as URL or Full path, not virtual.

All's good now, thanks man
