Help! No admin rights on fresh installation of 4.86

I'm in the process of reinstalling PhotoPost 4.86 after a brief hiatus away from the photo gallery world, and I've encountered a weird problem.

Fresh installation of PhotoPost on a Windows 2000 server running PHP 4.3.4 and MySQL 4.0.16. I used to have PhotoPost installed on this server but it was using PhotoPost 4.7 at the time.

I wiped the PhotoPost database and cleared the gallery's installation folder, uploaded the new 4.86 and ran the install.php routine. Everything worked as advertised as far as I could tell.

I told it to integrate with my vB3 installation for user registrations, etc. The pp_usergroups table imported the usergroups from my forum. Administrator group is group ID #6 and this is reflected in the PhotoPost database as well.

However, I cannot get into the Administrator CP on PhotoPost. When I log in as my vBulletin admin account, I only see the member-level main menu on Photopost.

Can someone help?

Dave

PM a link to your install and admin account. There are no issues I am aware of with admin user in VB3. We do these installs all the time with no issue. Do you have an admin link?

I have only seen this on one other thread where a user had two admin accounts with one not being usergroup 6 and he was expecting an admin link.

PM sent. Thanks.

Remove the install.php file from the gallery directory for one

For security reasons, please remove the install.php from the PhotoPost directory before proceeding.

Sorry, you caught me in the middle of reinstalling. Try again.

Easy one on install you did not enter cookie settings and make sure VB license is right although that looks to be right

Check your phpmyadmin settings table settings 171-173 I beleive and cookie settings should be this

cookie path /

cookie domain blank

cookie prefix bb

Most likely is the bb was left out on install

Agh! I forgot the cookie prefix. Thanks!
