picture too big. Need message telling the user

I found how to control picture sizes to be upload and also how to 'approval' the picture before display.

The issue is that the user is not receiving any warning that the picture he try to upload is too big.
It just takes a long time on the upload page, then the next page is like 'all picture are upload'.
that it.
If the pic. is too big, the user would not know that.
Also, the user won't know that the admin needs to aprove his picture, and then he (the user) keeps trying to upload the same pic. many times, until he get's borred and goes away...
There is any way to display a message telling him/her that his picture is too big and another message telling that the admin needs to approve his picture before it shows up?

If you set picture sizes to the max height and width why would it really matter how big the picture is? The Photopost is resized down to what you want the max to be. If a user uploads a filesize higher than you set he is told what it is too big a file so I dont see the issue here.

As far as moderation if you have moderation set to yes a user is displayed this message

$Globals['pp_lang']['moderate'] = " Images uploaded require Admin approval and may not be immediately available for viewing.";

Maybe because something is not quit right... (sorry, first time user... it's a pain )
I try to upload a 2.1MB picture.
My cote is 2Mb space total
I do have max height and width set on the Global Settings
and I do have that fix you sent today (ini_set("memory_limit", "20M"); )
but still, when I try to upload that picture it stay a long time on the 'uploadphoto.php' page, then quickly shows "Processing list" for a quicky short time and then go to the "No more images found.
Click here to return to main menu."
It is not even asking for the picture details.
If I get the same picture, reduce it to 150k, the whole process goes fine.
So I could not understand why it's not uploading big pictures (and it's not giving any clue to the user that picture wasn't uploaded.)

Also, there is a 'check mark' on the upload page: "Skip upload and process the files in your upload directory". What it does? I could not find it on the Manual.

Thank you
