Error on posting a picture

This is a new instalation of PhotoPost 4.86 and when I try to upload a picture (the first one) I'm receiving this error message:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 8388608 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2400 bytes) in /usr/local/etc/httpd/htdocs/viajareua/photopost/image-inc.php on line 112

I'm using G2 and I'm a first time user of PhotoPost. Any help?

An update: If you choose a saml picture to upload it's working, but I have 'no limites' on the settings, so I could not get why it's doing it.

In bulkupload.php try this

ini_set("max_execution_time", 0);

beneath it add this

ini_set("memory_limit", "20M");
