No you do not have SSH on your server and will need to select GD for your image processing needs

or

You can ask your host to install ImageMagick

Installing php usually requires recompiling php

Have you even tested your server to see if GD is installed or not?

Download this file http://www.photopost.com/phpinfo.zip

unzip it and upload the phpinfo.php file to your webroot and then post the link here.

You would need to contact your host. I have never heard of one that blocks a phpinfo file

I can not tell you. If you can not link a phpinfo file here that we can look at I can not be sure. Our requirements page lists the requirements to run Photopost on your server. It is up the user to make sure there server is compatible. If you linked a phpinfo file for me to look at I may be able to tell you your issue however you can not do that.

Hense my post that you need to contact your host and find out your server configuration and whether it meets the requirements to run Photopost found on this page

You dont type in anything in the box for mogrify. You in global options select your processor as gd2 then. You dont need a path to gd as its a part of php
