Still have trouble with install PhotoPost 4.1.1

Just doesn't seem to want to work.I had it installed one time before but
can't seem to get it installed this time.

Your not posting what problems your having? We cant help unless you say what the issue is

Also it is seriously suggested to upgrade to 4.8.6 since it was a security fix 4.1 is a seriously old version

I show your Photopost installed you just have not removed the install.php file

"For security reasons, please remove the install.php from the PhotoPost directory before proceeding."
