Unlimited file size and quota for everyone

Thanks to omegatron my photopost install is finally working (it's using postnuke - http://www.jeepz.com ). However, it doesn't seem to be using any form of usermanagement.

All users on my system have unlimits disk space, and no file size limit.

Is there any way to enable some limits?

In your admin options edit usergroups set disk space and filesize limits for the groups you want limits on.

if this is left set to 0, does that mean no space allocated or does it mean unlimited space allocated?????
