User receiving a time out fatal error...

Hello. I only run Photopost (no messageboards), even had PhotoPost install for me. All of a sudden I have one member who is getting the following error message when trying to upload an image:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/digita94/public_html/gallery/image-inc.php on line 174

I am unable to recreate the same error when using my ADMIN login or a regular member login. I'm trying to determine if anyone else is getting this or just this person.

Before I pay to have this looked into by support, can someone maybe help guide me to try to fix the problem myself? I'm not much of a PHP person. Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Searching will often provide you information from previous users who have experienced a similiar issue.

Your script execution time is also set in your PHP.INI file and is set to 30 seconds, which when uploading files may not be long enough. You might consider altering your PHP.INI to allow for more time for your users.
