Little problem when uploading photos..

Ok, first, I have this error on the top of the site

Warning: fopen(/mydomiain/www/photopost/uploads/1/index.htm): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /usr/www/hernanm/mydomain/www/photopost/pp-inc.php on line 1513

Warning: fclose(): supplied argument is not a valid stream resource in /usr/www/hernanm/mydomain/www/photopost/pp-inc.php on line 1514

I think the problem is that the script is looking to the directory usr/www/hernanm/ when it HAS to start in /mydomain/www/photopost/ , I tried to look where I need to change that, but not luck..

then, in the middle of the page im getting this:

/mydomain/www/photopost/uploads/1: Error creating directory (check permissions).

Please notify the System Administrator.

Can you tell me wich are the permissions to that directory? now is set to 777.

ok, found it where I have to change the url.. but now nothing is workiing! GGRR!

ok.. I narrow the problems to this..

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1

Command:

"/usr/local/bin/convert" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 '/www/hernanm/mydomain/www/photopost/data/503/110707260xv9ic-thumb.jpg'

any ideas?

ok.. now I change to GD2 and I get this..

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 12582912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 8192 bytes) in /usr/www/hernanm/mydomain/www/photopost/image-inc.php on line 81

anoother idea?

ok.. i went back to ImageMagick.. and I have this error..

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 1
Command:
"/usr/local/bin/convert" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 '/www/hernanm/mydomain/www/photopost/data/503/110707260xv9ic-thumb.jpg'

I think is something about imagemagick.. but when I installed PP the script went well everthing..

any ideas? please!

Do you have convert installed? We use mogrify not convert.

/usr/local/bin/mogrify? does that exist

Are permissions set to 777 on your data as well as its subdirectories?

Memory exhausted error is exhausted. How many images you trying to process?

GENIUS! I love you! hahahaha ok.. the hosting service TOLD me to use convert.. so, now I used mogrify and it worked!!!

should that not be server path to the watermark file not url
