I think I am going to go ahead and purchase the install again. There is no way I can figure this out and make the corrections needed. I am afraid to ask this, but will purchasing an install again be equivalent to starting all over...meaning I will end up with an empty site with none of my current uploads?
I just don’t understand why purchasing an upgrade install would not accomplish the same thing.

No you will not lose anything. The difference between and upgrade and an install fee is that an upgrade is simply copying new software and running upgrade script if this is a non working install or new install you must purchase an install

Please only use one support option. Posting on the forums to support@photopost.com and emailing me privately is not needed

Chuck, you stumbled upon a breakthrough. You see normally when i upload i check on "Skip upload and process the files in your upload directory" checkbox.
When I do this images will not upload, but when i leave it off, it works ok. When you were on there did you notice my log-in issues? Today was the worst by far, and i think its cuz i am using Safari on a Mac today, cuz my PC is out for the day taking a stroll.
But other users are complaing that they are getting kicked off, and having to log-in over and over again, and still are unable to see the registered galleries or see the galleries but are not logged-in. Today i would get kicked off simply trying to get to the uploadphoto.php and i would log-in and it would say i am logged off, but i can see my galleries and my admin button, and if i am logged in, it would ask me to register. Is this wierd or what. It took me forever just to get to the place to upload photos.
I am going to check more on this in your support forums, but can you please tell me why I cant upload unless i leave that checkbox off? I am having one of my partners test the bulk uploads right now and seeing if they can bulk upload without checking on "Skip upload and process the files in your upload directory". Remember this whole thing with powweb happend shortly after I upgraded 4.86 and VB3.5. And i was still having trouble changing the media thumbnails. I only have pieces to this puzzle, i need for you to help me put it together.

Ok, well I think my issues with log-in was that i had the character "#" in front of my VB license number. I took it out and log-in seem ok, of course i hope i dont speak too soon. Media Thumbnail switching is working fine and i am able to upload images indivdually, unless i click on that "Skip upload process" check box. Still wondering why i cant check that any more to upload. Still waiting on my partner to check out the bulk upload. I just dont have a bunch of work i would like to upload and he does so...

Underlab if you are bulkuploading via FTP YOU MUST CHECK THE SLIP UPLOAD BUTTON PERIOD THATS ABSOLUTE and has always been that way.
