Yes i have found this.
But this don't work for the inc_photopost.php when use in the index by Vbulletin.
I believe this file call the $pptime.
I can't find this file.
Also i think there is a bug in the date file from photopost.
This is what the forum has:

Ma 3 , 2005 3:51pm

I have fill in in the options dow dd month, yyyy
So why no month??
Is this because i have translate to Dutch?

The problem with the date is in the inc_photopost.php file i think
On the homepage from the photopost the date is ok.
Its this:

Za 8 Januari, 2005 11:56pm

On the index from Vbulletin with use from the inc_photopost.php is this:

January 09, 05

As you can see that's different from the europe date
Any idea ??

Change whats in inc_photopost.php to suit your needs

// vB calls to format time
$pptime = @date("F d, y", $lastphotime);
//$pptime .= " <span class=\"time\">" . @date("h:i A", $lastphotime) . "</span>";
