Upload error 168

A moderator is reporting this error when trying to upload pictures. Anyone have any suggestions?

I have never heard of that error. Please try and get the exact full error message from him

He reports:-

Error creating thumbnail! Error code: 198

Command:

"/usr/bin/mogrify" -size 100x75 -quality 70 -geometry 100x75 '/home/synchro1/public_html/gallery/data/500/156dec4-thumb.jpg'

Just realised his intial 168 error (as he told me), should have been a 198.

That error is usually permissions related. ImageMagick is not real good about putting out a comprehensive list of there error codes. Can you duplicate the error?

I get this error, when logged in as a user and attempting to upload. Prior to the error message above.

Have you physically checked the permissions of your data directories

that appears to have been the answer.

they must have reverted back after the upgrades, or the host move.
