Upload photo as other users?

Is it possible as the admin to upload photos under other users name? If yes, how do i do that?

Just ftp them to the uploads folder #1 then in the uploads screen enter that users name in the "Upload photos as user"

Check the box that says "Click here to bypass approval process and upload all files in directory"
