Make sure the install file is uploaded to your directory. Open your browser and go to your URL:

Type in: www.yourdomain.com/yourphotopost/install.php
Hit enter.

I got the install working

Now I get to the configing PhotoPost blue screen where you put the admin name in and password. The other lines are pre filled in.
Full path to PhotoPost DATA directory line reads
/home/inkjetgr/public_html/photopost/data

Full path to PhotoPost UPLOADS directory
/home/inkjetgr/public_html/photopost/uploads

I wonder if the word home should be in there?
I set this thing up one time before a year ago and forgot how I did it.
I didn't write it down either. I will this time if I ever get it right.

This page say's complete Photopost installation at the bottom with a button.
I get this below when I hit the button.

Warning: main(/home/sites/inkjetgraphics.com/photopost/languages/english/pp-inc.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/inkjetgr/public_html/photopost/pp-inc.php on line 18

Your pp_path is wrong in config

/home/sites/inkjetgraphics.com/photopost

it should be as you think

/home/inkjetgr/public_html/photopost

modaccess is a field thats always been in our program that I know of.

You can use phpmyadmin and add this

ALTER TABLE usergroups ADD modaccess smallint(3) NOT NULL default '0'

although I would be more concerned why you dont have one of the normal fields in the usergroups table. what version did you upgrade from?

I dont think you ran all upgrades as that field gets added in in Photopost 3.3

print "Preparing to update 3.2.X database...<p>";

I didn't upgrade this is the only version I have

Its 4.1.1

I never had this probelm when I installed it before for the first time.
I had to reinstall it because something was making the page not come up.
I has some chat forum software that wasn't coming up too but after a few days it fixed itself and now its working.
The photopost might have fixed itself too but I screwed with it and now
have to install it again. But Im having trouble doing it.

Next time Im going to leave it along for a few days if it does that again.
It must have been something on the providers side.
Jack
