Upgrade Problem from 4.7j to the latest version

well i cannot locate any file called Mogrify...well another problem for next year i guess.

thee is an option in the admin center where i can change from Mogrify to GD1 or GD 2.
Should i change that?

You should use GD2 then if your server has that installed. You can see that by looking at php info
