Need Help move to new server**UPload Error***

HI,

I just moved to new server and getting this error :
Unable to move file [/tmp/phpjArhNl] [/home/xxxxx/public_html/photopost/uploads/1/usa-sm.gif]

I already chmod 777 to the upload , data and their's sub folder but still getting the above message,

Can some one help ?
