PHPBB new upgrade

Hi, I am trying to upgrade the gallery from 4.8.2 to 4.8.5 and I get these errors. I can not even run the upgrade script because it says it can not connect to database, the forum has its own database and the gallery does.

Nothings changed and the forum still works fine.

Have you placed the upgrade482.php script within your main Photopost directory and ran it?
