Error in uploads

I am seeing an error when users upload photos. It occurs in the bulkupload.php after uploading three photos. Take a look at my screenshot... here's part of the error:

Warning: file_exists(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/bin/jpegtran) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/httpd/vhosts/classiczcars.com/httpdocs:/tmp) in /home/httpd/vhosts/classiczcars.com/httpdocs/photopost/image-inc.php on line 421

The error appears 4 times when uploading in this scenario (3 files). It occurs once if uploading a single file. BUT, the upload is successful.

Remove /usr/bin/jpegtran from the options. open_basedir is going to through up an error everytime as your server has it locked down that you can only use files on your web root and above.
