4.8.5 Multimedia upload error

Than you all for the new upgrade this software just keeps getting beter

I get this error on a 3mb wmv file

There were 1 files which exceeded limits which do not appear in this list:
coca_cola_2004.wmv (exceeds filesize limit).
Either remove files to make more room or reduce the size of the files you are uploading and then try again.

Multimedia uploads are allowed
Multimedia size is 900.000.000kb
Allowed formats are: .mpeg,.mpg,.avi,.asf,.wmv,.mov
The file is uploaded from admin account (no file size limit)

What could be wrong?

ps: the css syle is missing from admin area after my upgrade.

900.000? Don't you mean 900,000,000kb ?

Use , instead of . because its thinking 900kb
