Blank page

I have installed the new version 4.8.5 it seems to be a nice version but when i haved logged out from the admin panel its a blank/white page

What do i have to change in some file

I would reupload all the files except your config files

WHAT DID YOU CHANGE IN YOUR ADMIN PANEL PRIOR TO LOGGING OUT?

I havent done anything special. After i have been in the admin panel after i deleted the file install.
I think i was ready and just click on the Back to User Index text and when i haved done that it was a white/blank page

Now i haved upload all the file again exept the config file like you say and its the same as before

you have set me to think and see what i have made wrong. I find a error in my config-int.php file.
