Disable upload to Member Gallery

I want to set it so that members have to upload their photo to a category, not including the Member Gallery category. Right now, I don't let users create Personal Albums. I don't want users to be able to upload to the Member Gallery, but I do want people to be able to click on a username and view all that user's image.

In the upload page, the Member Galleries should not be an option for a category to upload to.

How can I set things up to do this?

Go to "Edit Categories" and click edit for the "Member Galleries" and uncheck "These checked usergroups can upload to this category" in the "Usergroup Access Permissions" section

Hmmz. I did that. I unchecked everything there was to uncheck.

I also set 'Display Members Gallery on the main index page?' to No.

But when I go to the upload page 'Member Galleries' is still there in the dropdown menu. And even worse, I can still upload to Member Galleries.

Is there anything else I should do?

If you set in edit categories for members gallery for no one to upload to members gallery then they will not be able to. Your users will not see it
