Installing PP to a local test machine

I'd like to know if I can install a copy of PP to my local machine in addition to my live server. The only reason for doing so is to be able to test any modifications or integrations before making changes to the live site. It wouldn't be used as a site at all, accessible only to the outside world so I can have people verify things for me, and would simply be a testbed, because obviously I don't want to make random changes to my live site. The user license doesn't expressly permit it, but I figured it was a pretty common thing, so I just wanted to make sure.

I appreciate any help.

Thanks, Pat

No the license prohibits two installations that are accessible by the www. One domain one install

You can install a second copy though as a test site on your local machine that only you can test ( can not be accessible to the web ) if you choose to.
