problem with install: fatal error in vb3.php

I just upgraded from PP 4.8.2 to 4.6.7

I uploaded all the files as the upgrade directions stated, and now when I try to access my PP through the web, I get this error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: set_group_perms() in /MY PATH/allnurses.com/htmldocs/photopost/forums/vb3.php on line 297

Line 297 states this:

$listofcats = set_group_perms( $groupvalue, $xloop );

My site was integrated with vb3 previouisly and working fine. Do I need to make any changes with my vb files or something?

I just removed line 297 and now I can at least get into my adm_index.php

Now my main PP page is giving me all sorts of errors> http://allnurses.com/photopost/index.php

You need to set your $PP_PATH variable in your config to the server path to your photopost install

Make sure you have uploaded all the new files and ran the proper upgrades per the upgrade instructions.
