Category Descriptions & Multiple Categories

1. On the board I maintain, I would like to be able to give descriptions and images on the category pages. How can I do this. For example, on a page like this one http://www.wetcanvas.com/RefLib/showgallery.php?cat=197 I would like to provide a picture of Renoir and bio

2. In addition, I would like to assign multiple categories. For example, I plan to have the subject alphabetized. For example, Jaspar Johns would be found under "J" However, I would alos like Jaspar Johns found under Abstract Expressionism which would be under "A"

Can you address both of these issues?

You can try to set a cat thumb for a category and set the bio in the cat description field in the cat editor but from reading your post you like like you want to do something alot grander than that.

The alphabetical member search does not work like you want. If your asking how to hack this in code modifications can be discussed at the hack site http://www.photopostdev.com
