Multiple Comments

Hi,

I've just upgraded to 4.8.2 from 4.7j - looks excellent!

There is one change that seems to have been made which I would like to revert back.
I think it's to do with the new IP tracking feature.

Before the upgrade, gallery members could post more than comment for a particular photo.
Now, they are prevented from doing so with the warning "You have a duplicate post, so it was not added."
Is there an easy way to allow multiple comments by one member for one photo?

From what I see you would only get that specific error if they try to post the same exact message twice which is a good thing.
